1. Yvonne was using feathers to make heru (hair combs) for her kapa haka groups. She uses three bags of feathers. She uses 7⁄8 of the first bag, 4/6 of the second bag and 2⁄3 of the third. What fraction of feathers does Yvonne have left?

 2.   Complete this table of the top NBA players and their teams overall plus-minus rating when on and off the court.

1.  Yvonne has 19/24 feathers left. I worked that out by turning it into 24th's 3 times 8 =24 1 times 3=3 so 3/24 then 6 times 4=24 4 times 2 =8 and that is 8/24 8 times 3 = 24 8 times 1= 8 and boom 8/24. 3/24 + 8/24 + 8/24 = 19/24.

1. Makaia helped Whaea Racheal cut 126 strings leaves to make poi. They only used 119 strings. How many strings were left over? 

2. Natalija and her friends made 281 bracelets to sell at the Pasifika Festival. They sold 256. How many bracelets were left?

 1.     Whaea Racheal has 7 strings left. I solved this by taking 110 of               

         120 And got 10 and then took 9 of 16 and got 7.

 2.     Natlija has 25 bracelets left. For this I took 250 of 280 and got 30 

         and then I took 6 of 31 and boom 25.

Here is a quick write I did check it out

I am sitting at the dining table right by the bench with pen and pencils. The spiral staircase a meter away. The suit of amour is guarding the entrance way and holding a hammer. The cat post with no cats in looks more like a play fort. My sunglasses are just lying there, lonely and look sad.The chocolate egg that I am super tempted to reach over to grab and eat. The window has a beautiful view of the bamboo and trees.
